Mist lingers between the Tenorio and Miravalles volcanoes, the forest slowly wakes up, and the first calls of the day echo through the trees. That’s when we begin.

 

With your naturalist guide, we walk at a relaxed pace through cloud forest trails and along quiet riverbanks scanning the canopy, listening carefully, and letting nature reveal itself.
Toucans, motmots, and hummingbirds are often part of the morning. And in the right season, we may be lucky enough to spot the remarkable umbrellabird or the three-wattled bellbird.
